Thank you for using ThumbCPR. Because our platform provides digital AI services that consume immediate computational resources upon use, we handle refunds according to the policy below.

1. Digital Tokens & Generations

• Token purchases cover the real-time AI processing cost (computational GPU rendering and LLM evaluation).
• Once a token is successfully spent to execute an audit, diagnostic, or image auto-fix generation, that execution cannot be undone and tokens are non-refundable.

2. System Failures & Technical Errors

If a technical glitch or system error causes:

• Tokens to be deducted without producing an output, or
• A duplicate charge on your payment method,

Please contact support@thumbcpr.com with your account email and transaction details. We will investigate and credit missing tokens or issue a payment refund where appropriate.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellations

If subscription plans are active, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Previous billing cycles are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. How to Request Support or Refund

To submit a request regarding charges or token balances, please email support@thumbcpr.com with:

1. Your registered account email address.
2. A description of the issue or order ID.

We aim to review and respond to all requests within 2 business days.
