By accessing or using ThumbCPR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use ThumbCPR.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Tokens & Usage

  • ThumbCPR operates on a token-based system. Tokens allow you to perform thumbnail audits, diagnostics, and AI auto-fix generations.
  • Tokens are deducted upon successful execution of diagnostic or generation requests.
  • Promotional codes (e.g., community beta tokens) are single-use per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure.
  • Abuse automated scripts to claim free tokens or bypass usage limits.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of the original thumbnails and titles you upload.
  • Generated Outputs: Subject to compliance with third-party AI provider licenses, you receive the right to use generated or auto-fixed thumbnail outputs for your personal or commercial YouTube channels.
  • Platform Rights: ThumbCPR retains all rights to its branding, software, UI design, and proprietary diagnostic frameworks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ThumbCPR is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI diagnostics aim to optimize Click-Through Rates (CTR), we do not guarantee specific YouTube views, impressions, or CTR performance metrics.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbCPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
